IFAD Multi Products Ltd. was established in 2007 as the group’s consumer food manufacturing wing, which since has gained household recognition as one of the largest brands in Bangladesh. Currently, they are looking for 05 Territory Sales Manager.
Responsibilities & Context
- Driving primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s growth target.
- Managing distributors through providing support in distributors’ business planning and execution.
- Leading, developing and monitoring distributor’s field force & Sales Officers to ensure sales target.
- Ensuring the product availability and visibility through flawless execution of trade and merchandising activities in the market.
- Driving the Basic Sales KPIs of individual and Team.
- Ensuring world class customer service and drive innovation in the marketplace.
- Developing capability of Sales Officers through planning, preparing of calendar and coaching (Classroom & On the job).
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- 6 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in Manufacturing (FMCG)

- Age 28 to 35 years
