Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Calendar Management: Create and manage a social media content calendar that aligns with the brand and audience across platforms like Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), YouTube (YT), and TikTok. Supervise in-house designers for the content creation process to ensure consistency and quality.
- Media Campaign Planning: Plan and execute media campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other digital ad networks, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members within the marketing department for key campaign event execution, ensuring seamless integration across various channels.
- Public Relations Planning & Execution: Develop and implement PR strategies, coordinating with relevant teams to maximize campaign reach and impact.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative agencies to plan and prepare key digital content, including Online Video Content (OVC), influencer content, and static and dynamic media, in line with collection and thematic campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Engage with and grow a community of followers and fans, responding to comments and messages in a timely and appropriate manner to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
- Influencer & Brand Ambassador Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence and drive campaign success.
- Performance Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance, analyzing metrics to optimize future efforts and provide insights to stakeholders.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience specially in social media management.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Must have knowledge about Brand Principles & Understanding of consumer Behavior.
- Understanding of Digital platform/ Social Media Handles, outstanding analytical and project management, strong copywriting skills
- Should have knowledge in Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager and DSPs.
- Analytical skill (Brand, Creative, performance).
- Agency Management and Negotiation.
- Adaptability, be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
