It is a leading manufacturer and retailer of high-quality electronic products such as Refrigerator, Freezer, Television, Air Conditioner, Small Appliances, and motor cycles. Currently Jamuna Electronics and Automobiles Ltd. is hiring Deputy Manager/ Manager for Brand Communication.
Job Context
As a brand custodian you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Maintain and Growing the brand’s affiliations and partnerships
- Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Activation Management, Brand Communication, Brand Planning, Brand Promotion, Media Planning/ Media Buying - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
