About the Company:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and bilingual professional to join our Marketing team as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Content & Communications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, brand voice, and cross-market communication. The selected candidate will craft and manage content for multiple brands operating in Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, and the UAE, ensuring that each market’s unique culture and language are reflected through impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly content plans aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and brand teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.

  • Create localized and market-relevant content for Bangladesh, KSA, Qatar, and the UAE.

  • Write compelling copy for social media, websites, blogs, press releases, and marketing materials.

  • Craft engaging and culturally appropriate Bangla and English captions tailored for diverse audiences.

  • Proofread, edit, and maintain brand tone consistency across all communication channels.

  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop campaign concepts, scripts, and ad copy.

  • Ensure content delivery within deadlines for multi-country campaigns.

  • Maintain a high standard of grammar, tone, and clarity in both English and Bangla.

  • Translate and adapt content while preserving brand voice and cultural relevance.

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.

  • Stay updated on regional content trends, cultural nuances, and storytelling practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or brand communications.

  • Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Bangla (Arabic language skill is a plus).

  • Ability to adapt content across multiple brands and international markets.

  • Creative mindset with cultural awareness and storytelling ability.

  • Understanding of social media trends, SEO basics, and analytics tools.

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
