The new president of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh has been elected young businessman and organizer Md. Ziaul Haque Bhuiyan.

The general meeting of the Bangladesh branch of this international voluntary organization was held at a five-star hotel in the capital on Sunday (December 25) at noon. Ziaul Haque was elected as the National President of JCI Bangladesh 2023 for the next one year by the vote of the members in the meeting. He served as the 2022 National General Secretary of the organization.

Newly elected president Ziaul Haque Bhuiyan said, ‘JCI is basically an organization of young people. The aim of JCI Bangladesh next year will be to spread various developmental activities for the youth in every district of the country. In addition, in continuation of the previous year, undertaking new initiatives to develop the talent of energetic young people.

Ziaul Haque Bhuiyan started working life after passing engineering in electrical engineering. At the same time involved in various social activities. This young entrepreneur is currently serving as the Chief of Staff of Startup Shopup in Bangladesh.

Apart from this, he is leading various business and social organizations along with youth development work. He is the current Vice-President of the IUT Alumni Association. At the same time, he is serving as the director of Chandpur Model Hospital.
