Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Brand will play a key role in developing and executing 360° brand strategies that strengthen brand equity and drive business growth. This role demands creativity, analytical ability, and leadership in managing campaigns, digital initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute comprehensive 360° marketing activities aligned with brand strategy and business goals.

Develop and implement holistic brand strategies covering positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Collaborate with advertising, media, and research agencies to design impactful brand campaigns.

Support the development of long-term brand strategies and short- to mid-term objectives.

Lead new product development initiatives, special projects, and product launches.

Monitor and analyze media coverage, digital performance, and customer sentiment to refine strategies.

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive insights.

Manage brand and media communication budgets efficiently.

Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.

Strengthen digital and social media presence to improve engagement and awareness.

Define and report on ROI and KPI benchmarks for paid campaigns.

Maintain consistent brand tone across all communication materials and activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure overall brand alignment.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand Management.
-
Experience in FMCG, Packaged Food/Beverage, or Group of Companies preferred.

Strong background in Digital Marketing and creative agencies will be an added advantage.

MBA in Marketing from a reputed public or private university.

Professional certifications in Brand or Marketing Management will be an advantage.
