Deepto TV, a privately owned satellite television channel in Bangladesh, operated by Kazi Media Limited, a sister concern of Kazi Farms Group. Kazi Media Limited (Deepto TV) is Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive for Digital Ad Sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for digital advertising & Sponsorship, including brands and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
- Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital advertising inventories to clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution, including coordinating ad placements and monitoring performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging digital advertising technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities to the management team.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation / Post Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising/digital media/news portal ad sales, or online ad sales. Experience in the OTT industry will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms.
- Familiarity with the local and regional advertising landscape.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
