KHANA’S- one of the most rapidly growing Fast-Food Chain Restaurants in Bangladesh, is seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager, your primary role is to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote a company’s image or brand image and increase Sales growth, Market position.

Job Description 

  • Overseeing all aspects of Marketing strategies, managing teams, setting targets, developing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to maximize revenue and Market growth and increase Brand image.
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of Chain Restaurants, Food & Beverage Sector in Bangladesh, including on the major F & B practices and markets of Bangladesh.
  • Conduct regular market inspections by plan. Daily & monthly reports submit to the Management. Conduct various brand related activities.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s brand message is consistent across all marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and product packaging. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and loyalty, and ultimately increase sales.
  • Managing marketing campaigns: You will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising. You will work closely with creative teams to develop compelling content that effectively communicates the brand message.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with product development, sales, and management teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives. You will also collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Staying current with industry trends: You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure that the company’s marketing campaigns remain relevant and effective.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Experience: The applicants should have 5 to 8 years experience in Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Chain Restaurants & Food & Beverage sector in Bangladesh.
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of Chain Restaurants, Food & Beverage Sector in Bangladesh, including on the major F & B practices and markets of Bangladesh.
  • Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots. Experience in identifying target customers and devising effective campaigns. Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Creative thinking: You should be able to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analytical skills: You should be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership skills: You should be able to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate the company’s vision and goals.
  • Prior work experience as a brand manager, or experience in assistant brand manager roles.
  • Up-to-date with new marketing trends and basic brand manager tasks.
