Position Overview:
LafargeHolcim Bangladesh operates the country’s only integrated cement plant with a 17 km cross-border conveyor belt supplying limestone, an engineering marvel. It also runs world-class grinding stations in Dhaka and Mongla. As Bangladesh’s largest listed cement company (~USD 1bn market cap, March 2022), it markets premium brands such as Supercrete and Holcim Strong Structure, along with solutions like Holcim Water Protect and Holcim Shokti. The company also leads in aggregates production and waste management through Geocycle Bangladesh. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing brand strategies, style guides, and value propositions.

Translate strategies into actionable brand plans, positioning, and go-to-market activities.

Create and monitor yearly brand plans aligned with business objectives.

Set and review the Brand Key for communication alignment.

Prepare briefs for agencies, supervise creative work, and guide media selection.

Conduct customer insight research and design promotional strategies.

Perform market visits to ensure campaign execution.

Build engagement and reputation by addressing target motivators.
Qualifications:

BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, cement, or agency roles.

Strong understanding of the marketing mix and brand development.

Analytical, creative, and data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
