Inaugural Fitness Training Initiative – A Transformative Experience
The foundation is set to kick-start its inaugural initiative from October 6th to 8th, marking a significant milestone in its journey. “Kriti Fitness For Empowering Sisters Foundation” and “Title Fitness Dhaka” have joined forces to launch a 3-day intensive fitness training program designed exclusively for 25 women carefully selected from diverse districts across the country. This exceptional opportunity emerged from a competitive pool of 250 applicants, with the final 25 chosen following rigorous assessments.
The training sessions will unfold at the esteemed Title Fitness Dhaka facility, spanning from 10 am to 6 pm daily. The sessions will be expertly guided by Sumaiya Chowdhury, supported by a team of seasoned professionals in the domains of physical fitness and holistic well-being. Additionally, participants will have the privilege of receiving fundamental self-defense training to empower them with essential self-defense techniques.
The Vision and Mission
The primary objective of this groundbreaking training program is to equip these women with a versatile repertoire of equipment-free physical exercises while fostering holistic well-being from a human perspective. Sumaiya Chowdhury Kritika underscores the importance of participants’ roles beyond the training, stating, “Those who undergo this training are entrusted with a critical mission by the foundation—to endeavor towards the fitness of at least 20 women within their respective communities or households. They will be guided to tailor exercise routines suitable for individuals of varying age groups, with the foundation monitoring their progress online.”
