Walton, a Bangladeshi electronics brand, has rewarded the top ten content creators who participated in the first round of the second season of its video-making contest titled ‘Smart Fridge, Smart Maker’.
The winners of the competition are- Shoriful Islam Shamim, Alam Morshed, Minhazur Rahman, Asifur Rahman, Mesbah Kamal, Papon, Sarwar Jahan Apu, Rafiur Rahman, Prithviraj Pradhan, and Tanim Abdullah.
Each of the participants received Tk 50,000 as a reward. Each of the contest winners will make another video for the second round.

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited’s Managing Director SM Monjurul Alam Over has been rewarded with the best taxpayer award. The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has rewarded Monjurul Alam with a ‘Tax Card’ as a young individual (second best) taxpayer (under the age of 40) for the fiscal of 2020-21.
Walton Begin Ceramic, Nonstick, HTR Coating Units at the Factory
Electronics giant of Bangladesh Walton has started a new state-of-the-art ceramic, nonstick, and HTR coating unit to its kitchen appliance production line.
Walton’s kitchen appliance products will be more appealing and strong with the new coating system which is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The coating of various home appliances can be done in the factory provided with European standard advanced machinery. The unit has 24 lakh production capabilities annually.
