Responsibilities & Context
- Visit Corporate Customer and Business Partners, Follow Up Clients and Close the Deal.
- Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, Quarterly and yearly strategic marketing plan
- Organizing sales team, monitoring and controlling executive and others.
- Be able to manage and inspire/ motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
- Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
- Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team-up building spirit.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Some Educational Qualification Can Be Relaxed For Experienced Candidates
- Skilled in both English and Bangla and strong communication ability.
- At least 1 years working experience door to door service by sea and air both sector at any import company will get advantage.
- Communication and collaboration persuasion skill, Professionalism Hardworking, Problem Solving Skills, Sales Target, Customer Service, Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work in and handle fast paced diverse situation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Skills & Expertise in Sales & Marketing, Working under pressure
