Job Responsibilities

• Sales of exclusive and high-value commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast, and margin targets.
• Develop an annual sales plan and provide quarterly and monthly updates in connection with the company’s yearly business plan.
• Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyzing, and adjusting positioning to retain and enhance market leadership.
• To ensure customer acquisition according to the departmental target.
• Achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
• To generate sales, find new ways of generating ideas, and also develop ideas to attract clients.
• Conduct market analysis to develop effective strategies for sales, pricing, product
• development and acquiring new products.
• To attend prospect calls, answer their inquiries, and ensure proper support.
• Ensure and maintain proper records of all sales activities.
• Attend Event / Fair, Business Promotion Event Management.
• To look after Advertisement sales & direct sales, product promotion activities.
• Meeting & attend corporate customers.
• To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with client , corporate sales meeting arrange, Tale-marketing with customer relation develop , site visit with client .
• To participate in any other activities as required by the management.
