Mamun Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead strategic sales operations, strengthen corporate partnerships, and drive large scale revenue growth. The ideal candidate must bring 7 to 10 years of progressive sales experience, including strong leadership in B2B or commercial sales within industries such as carpets, rugs, commercial flooring, tiles, particle board, furniture, or lighting. This role requires the ability to manage a high performing sales team, build long term corporate relationships, negotiate large contracts, and develop aggressive sales strategies aligned with company goals. The position demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to travel nationally to meet key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
• Identify and secure major contracts with corporate clients, architects, interior firms, and home solution companies
• Monitor sales KPIs, manage forecasts, and oversee the full sales pipeline
• Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team for improved performance and capability
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
• Collaborate with marketing and product development for strategic planning and product enhancement
• Manage sales budgets, optimize workflows, and strengthen distribution and sales processes
• Represent the company in industry events and corporate engagements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred
• 7 to 10 years of sales experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in carpet, rugs, flooring, tiles, furniture, lighting or related industries
• Strong B2B sales knowledge, contract negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel nationally or regionally
