Mana Bay Water Park is a concern of Splash Works Water Park Ltd. Currently they are looking for a Brand Director.
Responsibilities & Context
Brand Director has to be dynamic and experienced to lead our brand strategy and development efforts. This person will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the park’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving initiatives to elevate our presence in the market.
Brand Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify key brand pillars and values that resonate with the target audience.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Brand Positioning:
- Define and maintain a unique and compelling brand positioning for Mana Bay Water Park.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the brand strategy in all aspects of the business.
Brand Communication:
- Oversee the creation and execution of all brand communications, both internal and external.
- Manage advertising, public relations, and social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Brand Experience:
- Ensure a consistent and positive brand experience for visitors throughout the water park.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to maintain brand standards in guest interactions.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and explore strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
Brand Analytics:
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make informed decisions.
- Implement performance metrics to measure brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.
Customer Feedback and Insights:
- Establish mechanisms to collect and analyze customer feedback regarding the brand experience.
- Utilize customer insights to inform adjustments to the brand strategy and enhance customer satisfaction.
Crisis Management and Reputation Protection:
- Develop and implement strategies for proactive reputation management.
- Lead crisis communication efforts to protect the brand’s reputation during challenging situations.
Innovation and New Initiatives:
- Identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies that could positively impact the brand.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
- At least 8 years

- Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and experiential marketing.
- Effective Technical Skills
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
