Marcel Digital Campaign Offers 100% Free Products and Exciting Gift Benefits
Marcel has launched his Digital Campaign Season-18 in celebration of Eid-ul-Azha. This new season offers customers of Marcel fridges, televisions, air conditioners, and washing machines a chance to win 100% free products and thousands of attractive gifts.
With a focus on providing swift and top-notch after-sales service through online automation, Marcel is conducting digital campaigns nationwide. Previous seasons have garnered overwhelming responses from customers, prompting the start of season-18 of the digital campaign, which runs from May 15 to July 15, according to a press release.
The launch of the new season was announced at a recent event held at Marcel Corporate Office in the capital city. The program was attended by key figures including SM Shoyeb Hossain Nobel, Additional Managing Director of Marcel, DMD Eva Rizwana Nilu, Nazrul Islam Sarker, Amdadul Haque Sarker, Humayun Kabir, and Senior Executive Directors SM Zahid Hasan, Md. Tanvir Rahman, Firoj Alam, Didarul Alam Khan, Md. Shahjada Salim, Ariful Ambia, Tofail Ahmed, Al Imran, as well as Marcel’s brand ambassador Amin Khan and in-charge of Marcel Distributor Network (North) Md. Shakhawat Hossen.
During the event, speakers highlighted the digital registration process, which enables customers to register their purchased Marcel products. After registration, customers receive an SMS notification regarding their eligibility for a free product or other gifts through a fully computerized system. The respective gifts are then handed over to customers by the concerned officials at the showrooms.

Md. Shakhawat Hossen, in-charge of Marcel Distributor Network (North), emphasized that Marcel products are leading the Bangladeshi electronics market due to their attractive design, energy efficiency, and international standard. The digital registration process securely stores customer details and information about their purchased products, including customer names, contact numbers, and model numbers, on a server. This ensures that customers can access the best after-sales service from any Marcel service center, even if the warranty card is lost. Various benefits are being provided to encourage customers’ active participation in the campaign.
