Markopolo AI has introduced its next-generation AI Revenue Agent, a breakthrough designed to transform global e-commerce by converting real human behaviour into measurable revenue. The Bangladeshi start-up is also accelerating its innovation journey through HF0, one of Silicon Valley’s most competitive founder residency programs.

Built as an intelligent behaviour-analysis engine, the AI Revenue Agent identifies what customers truly care about and re-engages them when they leave without purchasing. It follows up through personalised communication across email, SMS, and voice calls to close the gap between intention and conversion. This approach moves far beyond traditional automation and creates genuine one-to-one interactions at scale.

The launch coincides with a historic achievement for the company. Co-founders Tasfia Tasbin and Rubaiyat Farhan have been selected for HF0 in San Francisco, a program that accepts only ten teams per cohort from thousands of global applicants. Through HF0, the founders are receiving direct guidance from leading AI teams including experts from OpenAI and Midjourney.

Markopolo sees this moment as a step toward taking high-tech software from Bangladesh to the global market. The new Revenue Agent interprets browsing habits, purchase hesitation, preferred channels, and communication timing, creating personalised experiences for each user. The company aims to ensure that within five years every e-commerce transaction worldwide will be guided by an AI revenue agent and plans to recover US 100 billion in lost revenue by 2030.

Tasfia Tasbin stated that the vision is to build a multibillion-dollar global company within two years. Rubaiyat Farhan added that their engineering finally makes true personalisation possible at global scale.
