One of the biggest online academic competitions in the country, Marks Active School Genius, is launching for students from grades 5 to 10. This initiative is jointly organized by 10 Minute School and Marks Active School.
This online quiz-based competition offers top-performing finalists the opportunity to win scholarships totaling 1.5 million BDT in the grand finale. The quizzes will include questions on English, Math, Science, IQ, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The competition will take place in three rounds:
- Online Round (Open to All)
- Divisional Online Round
- Final Gala Round (Offline)
The Online Round will run from August 3 to September 18. Top performers from this round will qualify for the Divisional Round, and winners from there will compete in the Final Offline Gala Round.

Competition Categories
Students from grades 5 to 10 can participate in one of the following levels:
- Junior Level: Grades 5 and 6
- Intermediate Level: Grades 7 and 8
- Senior Level: Grades 9 and 10
Quiz Format
- The Online Round will feature 5 quiz sets, each containing 10 questions.
- Final scores will be based on combined marks from all five sets.
- Each incorrect answer will result in a 0.5 mark deduction.
- Each student may participate only once.
Starting from the Divisional Round, quiz questions will also include topics related to AI.
To support preparation, free online mock tests will be available. Top scorers in the mock tests will have the chance to win exclusive T-shirts.
Scholarship Awards (Total: 1.5 Million BDT)

A total of 30 winners will be awarded scholarships in the Final Round:
- 1st Prize: 150,000 BDT (1 winner per level, total of 3)
- 2nd Prize: 100,000 BDT (1 winner per level, total of 3)
- 3rd Prize: 50,000 BDT (1 winner per level, total of 3)
- 4th to 10th Places: 25,000 BDT (7 winners per level, total of 21)
