Md Zaved Parvez Appointed as Head of People at Augmedix Bangladesh
Augmedix Bangladesh has recently announced the appointment of Md Zaved Parvez as the new Head of People (HR), effective July 2023, according to a press release.
Having graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and holding an MBA from American International University Bangladesh, Parvez brings a wealth of experience to Augmedix. He joins the company after a successful tenure as VP, HR Technology & Talent Development at Robi Axiata Ltd.
Rashed Mujib Noman, the country director of Augmedix, expressed excitement about Parvez joining the team, emphasizing the company’s commitment to creating a culture of excellence through human connections and technological innovation. Noman added that Parvez’s expertise and background will play a pivotal role in Augmedix’s continued growth.

Parvez embarked on his professional journey as an engineer, seeking diverse experiences and a deeper understanding of business operations. It was during his transition to finance that he discovered his true passion for people development. As a certified Business & Life Coach, Parvez’s dedication to teaching extends beyond the workplace. He is a founding trustee of “Dreams For Tomorrow,” a non-profit organization focused on promoting knowledge-based development among school students throughout Bangladesh. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct faculty member at BUP and East West University.

In his new role, Parvez will be responsible for identifying and nurturing the talents of team members, developing strategies to foster a high-performing and sustainable learning culture, and cultivating potential leaders through structured development programs. With his extensive background in HR and over 18 years of experience in the technology sector, Parvez is expected to significantly contribute to Augmedix Bangladesh’s talent development and leadership initiatives in its upcoming phase of growth.
