Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and oversee ongoing marketing and brand campaigns across all platforms (digital and offline).
  • Ensure timely execution of weekend promotion campaigns and verify offers for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the design and content development teams for daily creatives and promotional materials.
  • Track the status of in-store branding elements to ensure consistent communication at outlets.
  • Communicate with vendors, media partners, or agencies for project execution updates.
  • Check digital platforms to ensure alignment with campaign plans (social media, website, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand trends, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to analyze store footfall and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and review promotional budgets to ensure spending aligns with cost control targets.
  • Work on concepts for weekly OVCs/TVCs or campaign content, ensuring they are impactful and customer-centric.
  • Ensure visual materials (posters, banners, etc.) are ready for in-store promotions.
  • Develop a detailed monthly marketing calendar aligned with business objectives and key sales periods.
  • Track marketing spending and prepare a monthly expense vs. budget report.
  • Analyze data from previous campaigns and create insights for upcoming strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for digital media ad placements to support in-store campaigns.
  • Assist in developing the annual marketing plan, outlining campaigns, budgets, and branding initiatives.
  • Analyze yearly sales data, customer feedback, and campaign ROI to inform future strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative concepts to attract new and retain existing customers at outlets.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA or MBA in Marketing from any reputed UGC-approved university.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Advertising Agency
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
