Position Overview:
The Executive or Senior Executive for Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving B2B sales across major cities. This position involves building relationships with corporate clients, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase product adoption across tissue, paper, and stationery segments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven and experienced in corporate sales within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Job Responsibilities:

Establish strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients by making sales visits, calls, or arranging meetings to promote product solutions

Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products from the tissue, paper, and stationery portfolio

Support in conducting market surveys and research to gather data on trends, competitors, and sales opportunities

Explore cross-selling and upselling possibilities with commercial and institutional clients to maximize business potential

Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales performance, expand market coverage, and improve margins

Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues, fulfill orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience

Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics such as target vs achievement, and submit to the functional head
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales

Prior experience in the Manufacturing (FMCG) or Group of Companies sector is preferred
Additional Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement

Sound understanding of B2B sales and negotiation techniques

Willingness to travel across assigned regions (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet)

Proficiency in preparing professional sales reports and documentation
