Meghna Group of Industries is hiring Marketing Officer/ Sr. Marketing Officer – Sales & Marketing (Hygiene Products)
Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MPPML is engaged with producing hygiene products (e.g. Tissue, Paper, Baby Diaper, Baby Wipes, and Sanitary Napkin). They are searching some enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced individuals for its Sales & Marketing Department. This position requires frequent retailer visits and monitoring sales activities of the subordinates to achieve sales targets and will report to the Regional Head, MPPML.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers of hygiene products (Fresh Happy Nappy Pant Diaper and Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Tissue) and update the database on a regular basis for effective communication with them.
- Focus on new customer development and retention of existing clients to achieve sales growth.
- Assist in the growth of sales revenue as well as high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing any sales promotional plan for tissue products to promote the Brand as well as the product.
- Communicate with Distributor & logistics teams to ensure product availability.
- Acquire product knowledge on own products and competitor’s products, prices, features and promotional activities regularly to get a better understanding of the existing market.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of distributors by ensuring their stock and credit control.
- Prepare the reports (e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target vs. achievement, etc.) and submit it to Regional Head and sales admin on a regular basis.

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 26 years
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people every day.
- Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email communication.
- Candidates having experience in dealing with hygiene products will get preference.
