Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), one of Bangladesh’s largest and most diversified conglomerates, is recruiting a Deputy General Manager Corporate Sales (FMCG Division) to lead nationwide institutional and corporate sales operations. The position requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge, strong market networks, and proven success in driving FMCG revenue growth across multiple segments including HoReCa, B2B, government institutions, NGOs, and modern trade. This role is based at the MGI Head Office in Dhaka and demands extensive experience in leading high performing sales teams and building long term partnerships with major corporate clients across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the nationwide Corporate Sales team to achieve FMCG sales targets
• Develop and execute corporate and institutional sales strategies across Bangladesh
• Expand business in HoReCa, B2B, government, semi government, NGO and development sectors
• Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, corporate houses, procurement teams, and public sector institutions
• Monitor competitor activity and propose counterstrategies
• Ensure proper SKU placement, customized corporate offerings, and strong corporate client servicing
• Prepare annual business plans, forecasts, and performance reports
• Ensure timely payment collection and credit management
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution teams
• Develop and coach the Corporate Sales team to enhance performance
Requirements
• Master’s degree from a reputed institution
• Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or group of companies
• Proven track record in expanding markets and achieving corporate sales growth
• Strong leadership experience managing nationwide sales teams
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong network within hospitality, corporate procurement, and institutional sectors
• Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and sales integrity
