Miniso Bangladesh Ltd., a branch of the global retail chain under Evince Group, is seeking a young, energetic, and hardworking individual for the position of Executive, Marketing & Communication. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing marketing efforts to meet business objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective promotion and brand communication.

Responsibilities

Managing marketing plan as the yearly business plan for Miniso and Noir within the marketing department. Constant communication with director’s, stakeholders, franchisees and relevant parties.
Streamline and connect the agency with Miniso & Noir as a middle person alongside department head for marketing, branding and various campaign purposes.
Work closely with the agency with marketing strategies, designs and communications.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of marketing objectives/tasks.
Post content on social media accounts.
Prepare plans and calendars for upcoming month.
Analyze and perform media buying for social media.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Manage external parties during campaigns, like influencers, Print Vendors, Franchisees, Newspaper Companies and Video Agencies.
Monitor and work closely with the agency during video commercial shoots.
Planning, analyzing, conducting and implementing realistic strategic marketing & communication plan for the given year for Miniso and Noir to act on the approved plan to achieve the marketing objective.
Prepare reports and presentations for campaign & marketing activity.
