Responsibilities & Context
- Evaluates market information & situation to find new scope of Feed Sales & Marketing.
- Visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequently as possible.
- Developing and implementing sales process.
- Do the needful evaluation & research on the market trends.
- Ensure individual Sales of Feed Products as per the plan.
- Set up dealers/ Parties to maximize sales growth.
- Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
- Receiving customerโs feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
- Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management.
- Take special care to collect the dues without further/much delay.
- Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
Educationalย Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
- Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University,Rajshahi University students will get preference
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in: Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Poultry, Farming, Dairy, Agro based Startup
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Must have practical experience 2 to 3 years on related post/responsibilities.
