Nagad is looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join its Customer Strategy & MNO Business team. This role will focus on designing and implementing customer-centric initiatives that improve satisfaction, strengthen retention, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer activity data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

Conduct research and extract actionable insights from customer feedback.

Design and implement activation and win-back campaigns for churned customers.

Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives.

Generate innovative ideas to enhance customer experience and retention.

Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to improve customer strategies.
Experience & Skills

1–3 years’ experience in a related field (MFS and Telco experience preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
