Nalaka Hettiarachchi is the new CEO of BTI

Nalaka Hettiarachchi was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Building Technology and Ideas Limited (BTI), the top real estate company in Bangladesh.

According to a press release, Nalaka possesses extensive experience spanning over 30 years in various industries across emerging markets in Asia and Africa.

Prior to his appointment at BTI, he held prominent positions at renowned multinationals such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Singer, and AC Nielsen. He served as the Vice President of Airtel Kenya.

Nalaka’s qualifications comprise a BSc, an MBA, and certifications from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CMA) in Australia and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in the UK.
