Nestlé Bangladesh PLC Appoints Deepal Abeywickrema as New Chairman

Nestlé Bangladesh PLC announced the appointment of Deepal Abeywickrema as the new Chairman of the company, according to the press release. The appointment was made on 6 April, and Abeywickrema, who is the Managing Director of Nestlé Bangladesh, will now take on the additional responsibility of leading the company as its Chairman.

Abeywickrema brings with him over 30 years of experience in Nestlé, having served in various capacities across different countries. He has also worked in expatriation in countries like India, Australia, and Malaysia, which has given him a deep understanding of the business dynamics in different regions.
