New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh Limited (NZDP) is a leading player in the dairy industry, offering a diverse range of dairy and non-dairy products, including well-known brands such as Diploma, Red Cow, Doodles, Poppers. The company is looking for Sr. Executive/ Executive for Brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, recommend and implement marketing plans and strategies for assigned brands.
- Prepare promotional plan (e.g. ATL & BTL programs, CP/ TP programs, Digital media buying & content preparation etc.) and allocate budget as per the promotional budget.
- Liaison with creative/ media agencies to supervise creative content & visuals development, advertising and promotional event activation.
- Assist in developing the packing materials of the assigned brands.
- Collect and analyze assigned brand’s market data (brand presence, competitor’s activities market trends), prepare report accordingly.
- Monitor product wise monthly sales achievement in respect of sales target and prepare report accordingly.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- MBA degree will be an added advantage
- Skills Required: Analytical ability, Communication
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
