Position Overview:
This Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders in sales and distribution. Trainees will gain practical experience managing sales operations, working closely with teams, distributors, and customers, and exploring new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets

Ensure consistent sales growth and explore untapped markets

Lead SRs/Sales Officers and evaluate performance using KPIs
-
Manage distributor operations and ensure product availability

Analyze sales data to identify trends and competitor insights
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a good CGPA

Background in Business (preferred)

Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office

Must have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh
