Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Executive – Business Development to expand Nippon Paint’s footprint in both the government and private sectors. This role involves developing product specifications, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving project-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop business opportunities through product specification and liaison in the Government sector.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, and engineers in both government and private segments.

Promote Nippon Paint’s full product portfolio to the professional segment.

Conduct product and service briefing sessions in Government, Non-Government, and University environments.

Manage key accounts to ensure brand visibility and business continuity.

Work closely with PWD, LGED, MES, and other Government/Semi-Government bodies for brand specification and endorsement.

Gather and maintain project lists and details from relevant institutions.

Execute any other promotional or product training activities assigned by Management.
Qualifications:

Education:
-
BBA in Marketing
-
BSc in Architecture
-
-
Experience: 2–5 years in Architecture Firm, Paint, Cement, or Steel industry

Age: 25–35 years
