NIPRO JMI Medical Limited is looking for Product Promotion Executive
NIPRO JMI Medical Limited (NJML), a joint collaboration with NIPRO Corporation which is a Japan-based (Osaka) company. NJML is distributing & selling different medical devices of JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. and JMI Hospital Requisite Mfg. Ltd. at home & abroad.
Responsibility:
- Regularly visit the customer of NJML
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement Marketing & promotional strategies to maximize opportunities and meet revenue goals.
- Branding the product to customer and creates demand.
- Assist customers in understanding the proper use and potential impact of the devices.
- Have to secure order and follow up to smooth supply the products to customer.
- By collecting AR from the customer and have to deposit to the bank (Company A/C).
- Knowledge about the territory customer and eagerness to searching new customer.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activities, and customer feedback.
- Report to ASM & ROM Daily.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Healthcare product sales, Medical Devices Sales and Marketing, Pharmaceutical/ Medical Marketing, Sales and marketing
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Healthcare Sector, Medical Devices Sales and Marketing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Pharmaceuticals.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Only males allowed to apply.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of suture and surgical products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices

- Dhaka, Chattrogram, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet.
