NOVOAIR, the country’s top private airline, recently marked its 11th year in operation with various celebratory events. Their Managing Director, Mofizur Rahman, expressed gratitude to authorities, partners, and passengers for their unwavering support throughout this journey.
He emphasized NOVOAIR’s core values of safety and service, highlighting their commitment to delivering world-class service and ensuring punctual flights and secure travel as top priorities.
Over these 11 years, NOVOAIR has served more than 6 million passengers through 100,000 flights, overcoming challenges to establish itself as a reliable and trustworthy airline. Looking ahead, Rahman pledged to enhance passenger experiences by expanding domestic and international routes, increasing their fleet, and introducing new services.

Currently, NOVOAIR operates flights from Dhaka to domestic destinations like Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet, Jashore, Saidpur, Rajshahi, and internationally to Kolkata.
In 2013, NOVOAIR commenced its first flight from Dhaka to Chattogram, pioneering special services for passengers such as the “SMILES” frequent flyer program, the NOVOAIR-EBL co-branded prepaid MasterCard, a user-friendly mobile app for ticket purchases, and hassle-free web check-in facilities.

Their efforts were recognized by The Bangladesh Monitor, which awarded NOVOAIR as the Best Domestic Airlines in 2014 and 2019, and for Best On-time Performance in 2022 and 2023.
