NRBC Bank’s Strategic Business Meet 2023
NRBC Bank recently held its Strategic Business Meet 2023 in Gaibandha, where a sustainable strategic policy was established under the slogan “Think Big,” according to a press release. The three-day conference featured directives from the bank’s Chairman, Vice Chairman, Directors, and Managing Director & CEO on various banking-related issues.
The event also saw the recognition of seven employees with the Shuddhachar Award, as well as 25 employees awarded as Star Performers of the bank. Awards were also given to the Best Branch, Sub Branch, BRTA Booth, Land Registration Booth, and Electricity Bill Collection Booth.

In light of various global challenges, NRBC Bank’s Chairman, SM Parvez Tamal, stated that 2023 will be a challenging year, but the bank aims to use this as an opportunity to provide easy banking services to people in remote areas. The bank plans to strengthen and implement microcredit loans, apps, and internet-based alternative banking services, with a focus on compliance matters in providing services.
