OnePlus, a global leader in smartphone technology, has officially entered the Bangladeshi market with a grand launch event at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in Dhaka. The brand celebrated this milestone by unveiling its first-ever smartphone made in Bangladesh, the Nord N30 SE 5G.
This launch not only introduces OnePlus’ cutting-edge smartphones to Bangladesh but also brings exceptional after-sales services. OnePlus Bangladesh will offer free repair services for vertical line issues on the displays of global version smartphones, regardless of warranty status. Initially, there will be 35 after-sales service locations, including 22 service centers and 13 service points, across the country. Additionally, OnePlus will provide a 7-day smartphone replacement warranty and a 12-month service warranty for global versions of its products.

Rubait Ferdous Chowdhury, After-sales Service Director at OnePlus Bangladesh, emphasized the importance of reliable support, stating, “Our initiative to offer free repair services for vertical line issues on displays is part of our commitment to ensuring every OnePlus user in the country has a positive experience.”

Marking the beginning of local production, the OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G boasts impressive features. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 5G Platform, it includes a 5000mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOCTM flash charging. The Nord N30 SE 5G will be available for pre-order starting May 15 and in stores from May 22, priced at BDT 15,999 for the 4GB RAM/128GB ROM variant.
To celebrate the launch, OnePlus announced a Welcome Offer, featuring a raffle draw where participants can win the chance to purchase the Nord N30 SE 5G for just BDT 30, as well as prizes like OnePlus Nord Buds 2 and branded T-shirts.
