Job Responsibilities:
- Be the architect of Ovijat’s brand identity – Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that positions us for long-term dominance in the FMCG landscape.
- Cultivate brand loyalty like a master chef cultivates exquisite flavor – Craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate deeply with consumers.
- Navigate the market landscape with the precision of a seasoned explorer.
- Oversee the creation and execution of impactful campaigns across all channels (digital, social media, traditional, etc.).
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Create engaging videos and participate in live sessions to showcase our products and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that align with our brand strategy.
- Foster a culture of brand advocacy. Partner with internal teams (design, sales, marketing) to ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint
- Interact with our audience in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Deliver compelling speeches and presentations to attract customers and generate interest in our e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional activities and provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times, maintaining a positive image in the eyes of our audience.
- Promote our brand and products through online platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and our website.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

- Previous experience in brand promotion or digital marketing roles preferred.
- Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and online communication tools.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to deliver engaging speeches and presentations in Bangla and English both.
- Fluent in the latest marketing tools and technologies
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for promoting brands and engaging with customers.
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media analytics, and audience targeting techniques.
- Candidates must be from a reputed university.
- Leverage market research and analytics to formulate winning brand strategies.
- Ability to Work independently.
- Candidates must have (FMCG) product sales experience
- Export Oriented Experienced Candidates will get preference.
