The safety coverage facility extends to both riders and passengers in the event of any accidents during an ongoing app ride. Users can claim personal accident coverage of up to 5,000 Taka and medical coverage of up to 1 lakh Taka through this facility. The claim submission process is straightforward, allowing both users and riders to make claims within just 10 working days. Notably, the Safety Coverage facility is exclusive to the Pathao App.
