Pathao has officially launched the 2025 edition of its flagship AIM Internship Programme with an inspiring orientation at its headquarters.
Since its inception in 2022, the Programme—Anticipate Problems, Ideate Solutions, and Manage till Completion—has played a key role in preparing top talent for the nation’s digital transformation.
This year, the Programme attracted a record-breaking 5,000 applications nationwide, solidifying its status as a career-defining opportunity. Following a rigorous selection process, 21 exceptional candidates were chosen, representing diverse academic backgrounds from some of Bangladesh’s top universities.

The AIM Internship Programme provides interns with hands-on experience, real-world problem-solving opportunities, and access to expert mentorship. This year’s cohort includes talents from North South University, BRAC University, Bangladesh University of Professionals, Islamic University of Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, and more.
