Perfume World Ltd. is looking for Brand Executive
Perfume World was founded in 2009 as the first complete perfumery chain in Bangladesh, with a slogan of “Home of Original Perfumes”. It sells 100% authentic perfumes from top brands and has 6 branches in major cities. Perfume World Ltd. is looking for an Executive Brand to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. You`ll brainstorm ideas to meet marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results. In this role, you should be creative and results-oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job. If you`re also an excellent communicator and team player, we`d like to meet you. Your goal will be to promoting brand awareness through effective marketing plans and campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Design & decorate the prospective shops, dealers & markets by proper branding equips as & where required.
- Analyze market trends and development that may impact offline/Online marketing activities.
- Assess alternate market research channels.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.
- Design, collect and analyses customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Execute activities to communicate business value proposition to customers.
- Execute brand campaigns.
- Execute customer loyalty plans.
- Forecast emerging market needs.
- Implement brand communication plans.
- Implement brand plans.
- Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.
- Monitor product quality, design and brand alignment.
- Review effectiveness of brand campaigns.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands.
- Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc.
- Create, direct and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with media partners and third parties.
- Co-work with respective trade channels for promotional mechanism, special offers, in store display and POS materials.
- Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget.
- Plan and execute new product launches.
- Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns through working with various digital agencies.
- Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms.
- Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the ecommerce business by planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor competitor’s activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.
- Find out shops, dealers & organize them by branding of Company’s product identity.
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
- Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews.
- Managing production and performance of multimedia content
- Writing and proofreading creative copy.
- Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
- Managing social media campaigns
- Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University,East West University,IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
- Skills Required: Communication, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Strong written and verbal communication in English
