Position Overview:
PHD Media Bangladesh is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Media Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital media planning, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization. This role will focus on developing and managing digital strategies that align with clients’ objectives and drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital media plans across social, search, display, video, and programmatic platforms.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective media strategies.

Conduct market and audience research to inform planning decisions and identify emerging trends.

Manage media buying and execution, ensuring cost-effective placements and quality inventory.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance across digital channels.

Generate detailed campaign reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaign accuracy, timeliness, and success.

Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and premium ad placements.

Track and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in media planning, with a focus on digital media.

Proven success in developing and executing digital campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting and leveraging data for decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Hands-on experience with media planning tools, analytics platforms, and ad management systems.
