Position Overview:
The Executive or Senior Executive in Business Development will play a key role in expanding Pickaboo’s partner and product network. This position focuses on seller onboarding, category expansion, and campaign planning to boost sales. The role demands a proactive individual with a passion for growth, negotiation, and e-commerce operations, working cross-functionally with marketing and seller support teams.
Job Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new sellers across targeted product categories

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective sellers

Drive expansion of product categories in alignment with company sales strategy

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement monthly promotional campaigns

Track performance of onboarded sellers and ensure alignment with platform standards

Support overall business development initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets
Educational Requirements:

Graduation from any reputed university in Bangladesh
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field such as business development, sales, or e-commerce
Additional Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and coordination abilities

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or marketplace operations is a plus

Proficiency in using basic office tools and business communication platforms
