Position Overview:
As part of the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program – 2025, PRAN Group is seeking energetic and globally-minded individuals for its Export Department. The program provides structured training and real-world exposure to global trade operations, international market development, and strategic business growth. MTOs will gain first-hand experience working alongside global business leaders, developing into future leaders of PRAN’s international operations
Key Responsibilities:

Support PRAN’s export operations across 145+ countries.

Conduct market research and analyze opportunities in new and existing territories.

Manage buyer and distributor communications, pricing proposals, and shipment coordination.

Collaborate with Sales, Production, SCM, and Commercial teams for timely export execution.

Learn and contribute to international documentation (LCs, B/Ls, COO, etc.).

Participate in international exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and brand activations abroad.

Assist in preparing business reports, forecasts, and strategic presentations for leadership.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a reputed university.

Strong passion for international trade and global markets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and creativity.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
