Pran, the leading food processor in Bangladesh, is actively working to increase the export of its food products globally, with a particular focus on Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

The company is exhibiting around 500 products at Gulf Food-2023, one of the world’s largest food fairs, in Dubai, UAE, to showcase its food and beverage offerings.

The fair, which is attended by traders and buyers from all over the world, is an opportunity for food manufacturers and marketers to gather knowledge about new products, meet with distributors, and understand consumer behaviors and food habits.

Pran has been participating in the fair since 2013, and on average, 400 importers from various countries visit the company’s stall each year.

This year, the company is exhibiting its products in various categories, including juice and beverage, biscuit and bakery, snacks, confectionary, spices and culinary, and frozen foods.

Pran is giving special focus to some products, including basil drinks, Drinko float, litchi drink, mango juice, spices, cream biscuit, wafer, chocolate, lollipop, noodles, and frozen foods.

Kamruzzaman Kamal, Director of Marketing at Pran-RFL Group, said that the company is focusing on developing communication with importers and trying to expand into new markets to reach its target of exporting $400 million in 2023.
