PriyoShop and LankaBangla Finance PLC recently signed an agreement to support retailers. This collaboration aims to provide financial solutions, specifically credit card access, benefiting PriyoShop’s retailers.
The agreement was sealed by Asikul Alam Khan, PriyoShop’s Founder and CEO, and Khorshed Alam, SEVP and Head of Retail Business at LankaBangla Finance PLC.
Bangladesh boasts over 5 million retailers, contributing significantly to the country’s GDP, exceeding 30%.
PriyoShop initiated its journey to empower MSMEs and digitize their operations. During their collaboration, PriyoShop identified the major obstacle faced by these MSMEs: financial constraints hindering their ability to purchase goods, leading to loss of customers and opportunities.

In a bid to bolster their purchasing capacity, PriyoShop and LankaBangla have joined forces through this agreement.
