Puma is set to start its journey in Chattogram

Puma, a well-known sportswear company, will grow its operations in Chattogram, a port city, in addition to Dhaka.

According to a press release, the opening of Puma’s fourth store in Bangladesh will take place shortly at Lalkhan Bazar, Chattogram.

Through the Bangladeshi industrial firm DBL, the well-known German sportswear brand Puma began operations in Bangladesh in 2019.

DBL Group claims that they brought the Puma franchise to Bangladesh in order to expose Bangladeshis to the well-known sportswear company.

One of the largest Puma stores in Southeast Asia, at 2,200 square feet, opened earlier this year in Banani, Dhaka. Additionally in 2021, DBL opened two additional Puma stores in Bashundhara City and Dhanmondi.

In keeping with this, Lalkhan Bazar in Chattogram, one of the nation’s most significant cities, will soon host the opening of Puma’s fourth store.

Managing Director MA Jabbar of the DBL Group said, “We are pleased to take the initiative to open a Puma store at Lalkhan Bazar, in the center of Chattogram, following Dhaka. DBL is moving in the direction of its objective of introducing a global sportswear brand to the people of the nation. After Dhaka, we’re hoping to be able to provide the greatest Puma goods to Chattogram’s residents as well.”

The opening of the Puma store in Chattogram will be attended by Shakib Al Hasan, one of the best all-rounders in the world, as well as important DBL and Puma employees.

There will be a variety of Puma shoes, t-shirts, polo shirts, backpacks, travel bags, handbags, jackets, caps, pants, and water bottles available at this store.
