Purbachal Group, a reputed name in Bangladesh’s real estate sector, is inviting applications for the position of Executive or Senior Executive. The company is seeking energetic, target driven, and customer focused professionals to support the sales of its residential and commercial property portfolio. As an Executive or Senior Executive, you will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and reaching the right target group through planned outdoor visits. You will generate leads, contact potential customers, and work as a consultant to help clients choose the right property. The role includes arranging project visits, collecting required documents, updating CRM, preparing monthly sales reports, and maintaining long term client relationships. Meeting sales targets, working within deadlines, and providing regular feedback to the supervisor are key expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies
• Sell residential and commercial products of the company
• Plan and execute outdoor visits to reach the right target group
• Research prospects, generate leads, and contact potential customers
• Handle every customer professionally with a consultant mindset
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Arrange project visits for clients when required
• Collect required documents from prospective customers and update CRM
• Prepare monthly sales reports and share feedback with supervisor
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
• Bachelor or Masters or BBA or EMBA
• One to three years of experience in real estate preferred
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply
• Age between 22 and 40 years
• Strong skills in sales and marketing
