Position Overview:
Quasem Industries PLC is looking for a creative and result-oriented Executive, Brand to manage and grow the digital presence of its multiple brands. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital content management, and brand communication. The ideal candidate will contribute to both online and offline marketing activities, ensuring brand alignment and audience engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage around nine social media pages across Quasem Industries and its affiliated brands (Sunlite, Wave, Quasem Food, Quasem Foundation, and Truce Beauty).

Develop and execute comprehensive social media and brand strategies through research, benchmarking, and audience insights.

Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content (text, image, video, or HTML) that fosters meaningful engagement.

Lead social media advertising and paid media activities, ensuring maximum ROI and visibility.

Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and brand positioning.

Monitor consumer behavior, feedback, and satisfaction to enhance communication strategies.

Organize promotional events, seminars, and campaigns for customers, suppliers, and partners.

Collaborate with sales, customer relations, and other departments to maintain brand consistency and manage reputation.

Develop editorial calendars, performance reports, and marketing metrics using social analytics tools.

Stay updated on trends in marketing, digital innovation, and emerging social media platforms.

Support both virtual and in-person events as needed.
Qualifications:

Master’s in Marketing, Business Studies, or Commerce from a reputed institution.

Fluency in English is essential (English medium background preferred).

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, brand management, or digital media.

Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or group of companies is preferred.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, content strategy, and paid media management.

Proficiency in social analytics platforms and content creation software.

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and make sound marketing decisions.
