Radiant Care Limited, a rapidly growing force in the FMCG sector, is seeking a high-performing and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence across Bangladesh.
This is a senior field position requiring a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Distribution within the Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaged Food/Beverage, or Personal Care/Cosmetics industries. You will be responsible for leading daily sales operations, managing and developing distributor networks, and ensuring aggressive market share growth within your assigned territory.
Core Responsibilities & Context
1. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Supervise all daily sales and trade marketing activities across the territory.
- Forecast market demand accurately and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Enhance and sustain strong trade relations with key traders, retailers, and customers.
2. Distributor & Network Management
- Validate, authorize, and appoint potential new distributors while identifying and addressing weaknesses in the existing network.
- Prepare comprehensive action plans for the appointment or termination of new/existing distributors as required.
- Ensure 100% Numeric Distribution and the highest weighted distribution of all products within the territory.
- Monitor distributor adherence to credit limits and actively encourage a move towards cash business operations.
- Manage and follow up on distributor-wise damage control, conducting cause analysis, and initiating necessary damage adjustments in coordination with the Sales Head, Sales Admin, and Accounts Department.
3. Market Growth & Team Development
- Ensure the sustainable and aggressive growth of market share within the territory.
- Regularly monitor and analyze market data and information regarding competitor activities and the company’s own performance.
- Train and develop the field sales team to consistently improve individual sales performance and efficiency.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Key Skills: FMCG Sales, Sales Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Team Leading, Team Management, Teamwork.
- Handling Distributors or Dealers and managing Retail Sales is mandatory.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Master’s Degree is required. Acceptable disciplines include:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Master of Social Science (MSS)
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Master of Science (MSc)
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in the following business areas:
- Manufacturing (FMCG)
- Food (Packaged)/Beverage
- Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
