Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited is hiring Brand Manager

They are looking for eligible candidates interested to work in Strategic Marketing Department (SMD) as ‘Brand Manager’.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales and promotional plans for assigned brands.
- Creatively design and execute campaigns and activities for assigned brands. Analyze market conditions and implement proactive or reactive action plans as needed.
- Coordinate the launch of new products and manage related activities.
- Coordinate all product-related initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
- Masters
M. Pharm degree from an accredited public or private university.
Experience Required
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within a reputable pharmaceutical company is required.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent business communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong presentation skills.
