RANGS eMART, one of Bangladesh’s leading nationwide retail chains for consumer electronics under Rancon Holdings Limited, is seeking dynamic and high-performing Area Sales Managers to lead showroom operations and drive sales growth across assigned territories. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning ability, hands-on field management and a proven track record in FMCG, electronics or automobile sales.
As Area Sales Manager, you will oversee multiple showrooms, motivate and develop sales teams, monitor operational performance, analyse market trends and execute strategic action plans. This position requires a solution driven mindset, strong sales orientation and the ability to manage diverse teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales performance across RANGS eMART showrooms within assigned districts or zones
• Coach, motivate and develop showroom teams to ensure capability excellence
• Oversee daily operations, staff supervision and reporting to the central team
• Analyse sales trends, competitor activity and market dynamics to shape strategic plans
• Identify new business opportunities across retail and corporate sales channels
• Ensure brand visibility, operational discipline and compliance with company standards
• Maintain high customer engagement and drive sustainable sales growth
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, electronics, home appliances or automobile industry
• Age between 26 to 35 years
• Strong leadership, team motivation and coaching ability
• Excellent analytical and business planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple showrooms simultaneously
• Willingness to travel extensively across markets
• High drive to exceed sales targets with a proactive problem solving approach
